International voluntary work camps in Romania
YAP Romania is a branch of Youth Action for Peace. It was founded in 1993 by a group of students from Cluj-Napoca. The aim of YAP Romania is the promotion of a democratic society, based upon the basic human rights. In this respect, the objectives of the Association are:
- protecting and respecting the human rights as mentioned in the international treaties;
- encouraging civic participation among young people;
- developing the structures of the civil society;
- promoting the peaceful co-existence of different cultures;
- fighting the racism, the nationalism, the fascism and all kinds of discrimination.
- our central office is in Cluj-Napoca.

Romania is an attractive destination for tourists because of its natural beauties. We have mountains, the Delta of Danube and the Black Sea. Our people and different traditions also represent and important attraction.
